En Santiago de Compostela se estudió que dejar crecer el musgo en suelos de piedra puede llegar a bajar la temperatura de estos hasta 20 grados. But summarizing it, the article says that during the pandemic lockdowns in Santiago de Compostela, there was a chance to study pavement temperature. It was discovered that in places where the grass and moss was not removed, the temperature was up to 20 degrees lower than in places where it was.
More moss and grass make our physical spaces more liveable in these times of #ClimateCrisis.

@jsoriano I notice its only cooler where the moss/grass is actually at, the surrounding pavement temperature isnt much cooler past about an inch away... So what im hearing is we would have to replace the pavement with grass... That would be nice but a maintaince nightmare sadl;y.
