Developing a vaccine is as much an art as it is science. The strategy is to fine tune the effectiveness of the vaccine so that it is effective enough so that, from an individual’s perspective, it reduces illness enough to make it a reasonable choice to take the jab, but to make the vaccine weak enough so that vaccinated people continue to spread the disease and make more customers.

@Pat everything is a conspiracy theory these days. This doesn't take into account the fact that NO VACCINE prevents infection because we don't know how to do that and many pathogen infection pathways make it nearly impossible for a vaccine to prevent infection. So this theory of yours started back hundreds of years ago.
But a conspiracy theory attacking the credibility of BigPharma is always a big hit, I suppose.
