According to Wikipedia he has been in office since 2014. I thought that Turkey's presidents could only serve two 5-year terms.
So how can he be running again?
@Pat @stux He changed the constitution in 2017, arguing that this allows him another term. Bet he'll do something else if he rect reelected to allow a fourth.
