“澳洲國防部網站於6月1日發布消息指出，澳洲將聯同美國、加拿大、日本、南韓、紐西蘭和英國，於7月14日至31日在澳洲昆士蘭州中部和東北，以及澳洲東部沿岸海域展開「2021護身軍刀演習」（Exercise Talisman Sabre 2021）。
「凱恩斯郵報」昨天報導引述葛雷指出，隨著南海出現各國海軍對峙，位於澳洲東北部並且鄰近南海的凱恩斯，已成為澳洲海軍的重要據點。”
