@Sphinx Yes, everyone who visits has to quarantine. I've heard it's one of the reasons Hawaii has had a low COVID-19 rate despite being one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. Visiting is unadvised unless you are a returning resident and have somewhere to stay for that period of time.
