So, it looks like the social media blowback from the awful original opposite-of-the-truth headline worked and the @nytimes editors changed it (twice, in fact). Yes, the original headline ("Biden Won't Meet DeSantis in Florida During Tour of Hurricane Damage") should never have run, but I appreciate the change.

But...but...what if someone complains that the NYT is biased? Or worse, what if someone said the NYT wasn’t being fair and balanced? That would be unbecoming of the paper of record!
