Actually, it’s merited if you have a contract. And he does. Not condoning. Just reporting.

@SpinozasHeresy @futurebird no, he doesn't, not anymore. It was struck down by the Delaware courts because he lied to shareholders. Basically his compensation was dependent on goals that he claimed were nigh impossible, but were actually just the projected future of the company. Of course even doing the impossible wouldn't be worth 50B.
