Let me ask something of the people who are smarter than I am. Which, I suspect, is most of you.
Specifically, this has to do with statistics as they relate to hardware issues on a computer.
Say you search google for a particular issue you've read about, and get around 1000 total hits. Would you say that is a 'widely known' issue, or something that is affecting only a small percentage of users?
@Surasanji I'm not statistics expert by any stretch of the imagination, but the first question that comes to mind is: how many total users does that piece of software have?
@cm I've been trying to find sales number for the laptop in question, but Asus is keeping that quiet. However, I have noticed that the issue is largely reported by the same 2-3 people.
Laptop in question is an Asus GS703 with 144hz Gsync screen.
