your job application should probably not lead with the "YOU AGREE TO ARBITRATION ABOUT EVERYTHING" paperwork
and should definitely not follow it up with "at some point this company is going to be liquidated and sold to Transformco. any jobs with this company will transfer to Transformco. please ignore the preceding page where you agreed if we tell you to fuck off you can't do shit"
while Transformco is entirely the kind of company one would expect a Bryce Youngquist to work for, the application did not automatically pull job history info from my resume, so they can eat my ass
