That's not how molecules work.
There are 3 florine atoms in Fluoxitane, bonded with a carbon atom. There are a further 16 atoms, 18 hydrogen atoms, a single nitrogen and a single oxygen atoms.
As these are not ionized bonds they are SPECIFICALLY not FloriDes.

Saying that you could get floride from FLuoxitane is almost the same as saying you could get chlorine gas from table salt.
