China is making preparations for a potential collapse of Russia, and has already set its sights on Siberia and the Far East. This is evidenced by a new map and other documents released by the Chinese Ministry of Natural Resources, which show that Chinese place names are being restored to some cities and locations in Russia. For example, Vladivostok is now being referred to as Haishenwai, Khabarovsk as Boli, Sakhalin Island as Kuedao, and the Stanovy Ridge as Outer Xinggang Ridge. The idea that the Chinese people lost 1.7 million square kilometers of territory due to unequal treaties with Russia is being widely promoted.
