Residents of Kyiv are bracing for an increase in apartment rental prices: the reason for this is that, as is customary, after the heating season, renting apartments in the budget segment becomes more expensive, and prices may increase by 10-15% by the end of spring. The average cost of a one-room apartment in the capital is UAH 9 thousand per month, and in Khrushchev and more distant areas from the center, it is even cheaper. The only thing that could prevent prices from rising is the difficult economic situation.
