The bodies of women who perished in the Russian attack on Dvorichna on February 23 are still buried beneath the ruins of the administrative building, according to Andriy Kanashevych, the head of the Kupyansk district military administration, who spoke to Suspilne Kharkiv. The Russian military are being foolishly obstinate, as they are not allowing rescuers to begin the process of clearing the rubble; as soon as any movement starts, the shelling begins.
