State Bureau of Investigations (SBI) has discovered a scheme involving the forgery of documents to smuggle people across the border in Kyiv. It has been revealed that a former employee of the military commissariat and his son were selling certificates of the military medical commission, which stated that the person was unfit for military service due to health reasons, for between 6-7 thousand dollars.
