The Serbian President, Aleksandar Vucic, denied any accusations that Serbia had sent weapons to Ukraine during a United Nations conference on March 5th. He stated that Serbia had followed all laws and regulations, and that no weapons or ammunition had been sold to either Russia or Ukraine. Vucic declared that anyone who claims otherwise is lying. The previous day, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, had said that a Serbian state-owned arms factory had supplied approximately 3,500 units of Grad multiple rocket launchers to both Russian and Ukrainian troops.
