We have seen yet another attempt by the terrorist state of Russia to wage war against civilization, resulting in temporary power, heat, and water outages in some of our regions and cities, particularly in Kharkiv and Zhytomyr. Odesa, Dnipropetrovska oblast, Kyiv, and Zaporizhzhia have also been affected. Repair crews, power engineers, local authorities, and the central government are working tirelessly to restore power to the affected areas. I thank everyone who is working to make this happen. We have already demonstrated what Ukraine is capable of, and no matter how much Russia does, our country and people will not be subjugated. Neither missiles nor Russia's atrocities will help. I want to thank all the soldiers of our Air Force today, especially the 138th Dnipro, 160th Odesa, and 208th Kherson anti-aircraft missile brigades, who have distinguished themselves in defending against this Russian attack. I am also grateful to everyone in the world who understands the importance of protecting the Ukrainian sky and is willing to help us ensure a normal life.
