Serhiy Popko, Head of KMVA, reported that there have been no power outages in Kyiv following the recent missile attack. Water supply is functioning normally and efforts are being made to quickly restore heat supply. Currently, 8% of consumers are still without heat, but emergency repairs are expected to be completed today, allowing for the full restoration of Kyiv's infrastructure.
