The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv sentenced the organizer of a sabotage and reconnaissance group of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Federation to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property for plotting to murder the Minister of Defense and the Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine in exchange for a reward of between USD 100,000 and USD 150,000, as well as a prominent Ukrainian activist.
