Ukraine's Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin has confirmed the issuance of an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian Children's Ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova. This means that outside of Russia, Putin must be arrested and brought to trial if encountered. This sends a strong message to world leaders that the Russian regime is criminal and its leadership and accomplices will be held accountable for their actions.
