The International Criminal Court has agreed to open a branch in Ukraine, which was signed in The Hague at the Office of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General. Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin has also requested that the ICC try Vladimir Putin in absentia if he cannot be apprehended and brought to court in person.
