It's a fine day outside. I am going out. At least for an hour. Have to work up to it gradually when you are 71. I figure an hour on the pick is my limit. Trying to lower the uphill in my biggest zinnia garden by taking out rocks under the surface. There are rocks both big and small just under the surface. This land is like they brought in rocks and then filled the area between the rocks with dirt. Taking out rocks lowers the ground level and I have a new place I want to build a rock wall. To terrace I build a rock wall filling spaces between big rocks with small ones. Helps fight erosion too. Plus I can bring in old sawdust and use it as dirt. Dirt is not plentiful.
