Romania will introduce measures to protect the population near Ukrainian ports on the Danube, which are being shelled by Russia.

These measures include sending out Ro-Alert messages in areas where there is a risk of "elements belonging to the means of warfare" falling. Also, shelters will be built in the settlements of Plauru and Chatalkioi
