OSInt researchers believe that the explosions in occupied Sevastopol may be at the location of the 475th Electronic Warfare Center of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.

Also it is reported that on Cape Fiolent, in the area of the explosions, there are active and decommissioned S-300 air defense systems and missiles for them.
