"There will be more drones and fewer Russian ships," stated Mykhailo Fedorov, the Minister of Digital Transformation.
He revealed that this year, drone production in Ukraine has surged by over 100 times compared to the previous year.
"I anticipate that by the end of this year, the increase will be around 120-140 times compared to the previous year," Fedorov emphasized.
Furthermore, Ukraine is currently conducting tests on artificial intelligence systems capable of detecting targets from several kilometers away and guiding drones toward them, even in the presence of electronic warfare equipment.
"These technologies are currently in the testing phase, but some of the drones we're procuring are equipped with AI for target recognition. In forested areas, they can identify and classify targets, distinguishing between individuals, tanks, or specific machinery. These technologies are actively employed," the minister added.
