What is "Dialogue"
The autonomous non-profit organization was created as a propaganda tool before the vote for amendments to the Constitution in the summer of 2020. Officially, the structure had two tasks:
🔹supervision of state public pages - from official pages to kindergarten accounts;
🔹collection of complaints on social networks.

With the beginning of a full-scale invasion, Dialogue employees began analyzing social media reactions to news feeds related to the war, and then creating fake news.

Section “they write to us”
“Ukrainians are given pills that increase aggression”, “The Armed Forces of Ukraine are selling their awards on Ebay”, “German Muslims are calling for the expulsion of Ukrainian refugees from Germany” - these and similar lies are written by 60 people in the Moscow office of Dialogue and sent to their own and friendly to public pages allegedly on behalf of subscribers.

Among the contractors are Z-military correspondents, Solovyov’s channels, and “War on Fakes.” Employees of the Telegram channels “Readovka” and “Mash” came to the office for meetings. Dialogue provides information support to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

ANO “Dialogue” is headed by a certain Vladimir Tabak. He is called a close associate of the first deputy head of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko, who was nicknamed Kinder.
