As a result of the nighttime shelling of Lviv, Russian troops destroyed the warehouse of the Caritas-Spes NGO, which contained about 300 tons of humanitarian supplies. This important humanitarian warehouse burned to the ground.

The UN Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine, Denise Brown, said she condemned the Russian attack in the strongest terms. She reminded that humanitarian workers, institutions and assets are protected under international humanitarian law.
