An explosion at an electrical substation in the town of Pogar, Bryansk region. It is located 30 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.
According to local residents, the area has completely disappeared. The causes and victims are still unknown, there is no official information.
In total, four explosions occurred in the village of Pogar, Bryansk region.
Two were near the administrative building, the third was in a field next to a gas station, and the fourth hit an electrical substation, local residents told us. There is no electricity in at least four settlements.
