🇺🇦🇺🇸 I started my working visit to the USA with a meeting with members of the US House of Representatives, in the Senate Ukraine Caucus.

First of all, I am grateful to the U.S. Congress and the entire American people for the assistance provided to us.

I am grateful for USD 22.9 billion of direct budget support. Especially for defence assistance, which has already reached more than $44 billion.

Further support cannot be stopped, as we are fighting for democratic values that unite the whole world.

I asked to urgently consider the budget request of the US Presidential Administration to finance additional expenditures for assistance to Ukraine in the amount of more than $61 billion, which is vital for the continued liberation of Ukraine from russian invaders.

Another request of Ukraine is for additional military and defence assistance.
