Rustem Umerov in the USA: "Ukraine and the civilized world can stop the Kremlin's terrorist regime today"

Defense Minister Rustem Umerov is on a working trip to the United States of America.

During the trip, the Minister and the delegation met with the heads of the Committees of the House of Representatives of the US Congress:

▪️Foreign Affairs Committee by Michael McCall
▪️Intelligence Committee by Michael Turner

"He stressed the importance of continuing to support Ukraine in 2024. Air superiority, strengthening of air defense capabilities, drones, means of electronic warfare, artillery and ammunition are what our soldiers need on the battlefield today," said Rustem Umyerov.

Separately, the head of the Ministry of Defense emphasized the importance of increasing sanctions pressure on the Russian Federation and monitoring compliance with sanctions, the Ministry of Defense reports.
