Forcible deportation is one of the most cynical crimes of this war. This is a clear genocidal policy of Russia.

The world knows that this Russian crime against Ukrainian children, against our families, is not something random, but an organized work of the Russian state system. The relevant work of the International Criminal Court and the warrant for the arrest of Russia's main criminal are absolutely convincing evidence that the deportation of children and the deportation of Ukrainian men and women will not go unpunished.

I thank everyone who is already working with Ukraine to return children.
