A rapist pardoned by Putin for his participation in the war was detained for abusing a schoolgirl in Perm, ASTRA sources
In Perm a 38-year-old, Nikolai Nechaev who returned from the war in Ukraine, was detained on suspicion of committing violent acts of a sexual nature against a 14-year-old schoolgirl.
Nikolai was previously convicted of robbery, rape and sexual assault. In prison, he enlisted in the war in Ukraine and signed a contract for six months. In May 2023, Nikolai went to war, and in November 2023 he returned to Perm - to freedom. On February 18, 2024, according to investigators, he committed sexual assault against a 14-year-old schoolgirl. A criminal case has been initiated against him. Nechayev was previously convicted of robbery, rape and sexual assault.
Crime is no stranger to the ex-cons, previously in the Primorsky Territory, a former mercenary of the Wagner PMC, returned from the war in Ukraine and strangled a 32-year-old woman he knew and burned her body in a car to hide the crime. An acquaintance of the deceased confessed to the murder during a polygraph interrogation, explaining the motives to be a "personal conflict" with the deceased.
Further a former Wagner PMC fighter was detained on suspicion of killing two people. According to investigators, he set fire to a house in which there were two women. After the fire was extinguished, the bodies of two women were found, a 68-year-old and her 35-year-old daughter.
