In pre-trial detention center No. 2 of Taganrog, people are tortured to death.

We are talking about Ukrainian prisoners of war, 90% of whom testify to the terrible torture inflicted on them almost every day in captivity. They torture everyone, including women. Putin's spawn of sadists and bastards maim and kill people in dungeons, like the Nazis.

Victims report constant beatings, including with a rebar, people's legs are broken and joints are knocked out, they are tortured with electric shocks, including the application of electric shocks to the genitals, women are stripped, they are beaten in the kidneys and chest.

The victims were not provided with medical care and died from torture. All prisoners are starved, many die from exhaustion. All these cases were recorded by human rights activists. The Office of the UN High Commissioner said it had similar evidence in its possession.

This is a real death concentration camp right here in Taganrog, just like the Nazis had. The monstrous crimes of the occupying Putin's fascist regime is happening right now in our city.

A secret prison located in the town of Novozybkov, approximately 170 kilometers from Chernihiv in Bryansk Region, is currently holding around 650 Ukrainian prisoners of war and civilian hostages, most of whom were taken there in February and March 2022 during Russia’s occupation of Kyiv Region.
