EU countries will transfer more than 157 generators to Ukraine due to russian attacks on energy infrastructure
"Following a series of targeted russian missile and drone attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure in recent weeks, significant damage has been done to Ukraine's energy supply," the representative of the European Commission explained.
At the same time, the EU provided 10 large power generators from its own reserves worth €3.57 million. The aid is already on its way to Ukraine.
Austria, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands provide such assistance.
