Putin has instructed to conduct exercises on the use of tactical nuclear weapons, - Russian Ministry of Defense Murder

The exercises will be conducted “in order to increase the readiness of non-strategic nuclear forces to carry out combat missions... in response to provocative statements and threats by individual Western officials against the Russian Federation.”

“ If someone decides to destroy Russia, we have a legal right to respond. Yes, it will be a global catastrophe. But why do we need such a world if Russia is not there?", said the Russian dictator.
