A bipartisan group of congressmen, members of the US House of Representatives' Standing Committee on Intelligence, called on Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin to allow Ukraine to use American weapons to strike targets on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as to strengthen the Ukrainian Air Force and Air Defense Forces. "It is very important that the Biden administration allows the military leadership of Ukraine to conduct the full range of operations necessary to respond to Russia's unprovoked attack on their sovereign territory," the letter
