Ukrainian athlete Yaroslava Mahuchikh set a new world record in women's high jump, clearing 2.10 meters. She achieved this height on her first attempt at the Diamond League stage in Paris. The previous record of 2.09 meters was set in 1987 by Bulgarian Stefka Kostadinova.
