The valve was torn off a gas tank in the middle of the Tyumen-Kurgan highway. Liquefied gas streams into the air, the driver in shock calls emergency services, and everyone else looks and films on their phones.

A fitting is torn from an LNG tanker so some stop to record while others drive by!
