On the night of September 21, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed two large ammunition depots on the territory of russia at once. This is reported by Ukrainian and russian military publics.
A warehouse near the village of Kamenny in the Tikhoretsk district of the Krasnodar Territory, as well as the 23rd arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the RF in the Tver region, near Toropets, were hit.

Videos with secondary detonations in the Tikhoretsk district are circulating online, as projectiles are flying from the Tikhoretsk arsenal to nearby settlements.
In the Tver region, UAVs hit a "secret object" in the village of Oktyabrsky near Toropets. This was the military unit of the Strategic Missile Forces, a major arsenal that reportedly could have stored about 45.000 tons of ammunition, including ballistic missiles.
Up to 430 servicemen could have been in the 23rd Arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Ministry of Defeat at the time of the shelling, but according to Alexander Nevzorov, the main target of the attack on the arsenal in the Tver region was Iranian Fath-360 missiles and North Korean KN-23 missiles.
Z-media report that local authorities evacuated the Staraya Toropa railway station. Several passenger trains were canceled, and others (Moscow - Pskov and St. Petersburg - Smolensk) were sent on an alternative route with a delay of about two hours.
To top it off the former Wagner PMC base handed over in July 2023 to the MoD is on fire in Molkino, Krasnodar. According to local media, administrative buildings and barracks are burning where the Wagner base was located for almost ten years.
