🇬🇪🇪🇺 A large pro-European march is taking place in Tbilisi, just six days before the parliamentary elections.

Supporters of the country's European course gathered at five locations before marching to Freedom Square. The slogan of the event is "Georgia Chooses the European Union."

The march was organized by non-governmental organizations and supported by Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili, as well as major opposition parties. This demonstration is a response to several laws recently passed by the government, which have effectively led the EU to suspend Georgia's accession process.
