Fines imposed by Russian courts on Google for blocking YouTube accounts have reached $20.88 trillion.

Russian courts have imposed fines on Google for its refusal to restore the Russian propaganda YouTube channels, which include Channel One, VGTRK, NTV, the Ministry of Defense's Zvezda channel, and M.S. Simonyan.

It was previously reported that Google has restricted the creation of new accounts in the Russian Federation, according to a statement from the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media on September 26.
