I Just bought some coins on TikTok just to see how it works . Apparently TikTok charges the video creators about 50% to accept the virtual gifts 🎁 into their wallets and a further 50% to withdraw to their bank. So they only cash out about 25%

I've been wondering what the antitrust issue EU regulators have with Amazon buying the company behind the Roomba. It's not like iRobot and Amazon will merge their robot vacuum businesses (Amazon doesn't have one) to create a monopoly.
It turns out the issue is that they think Amazon will always show Roombas over competing products in Amazon search. This is an interesting concern and proposed remedy.
Imagine if the EU had done this when Google bought YouTube? 😖
