People who say they are afraid of Mastodon not feeding their ADHD right have no idea what sitting in front of the federated feed feels like.

@War_Kittens Why would people want that? I don't want a website designed to feed into my ADHD, I want somewhere to connect with people who have shared interests. I've wasted so much time on Twitter since I started seriously using it in 2020. The writing community I'm part of is great but most large social media sites are so unhealthy for me.

I'm 46 so it's not a Millennial / Gen Z thing. I need music on, something to read, Twitter or Discord on another device, maybe even a game going, too.
