起床做了回运动,身心感受都很不错,意识到了呼吸的起伏和汗液的渗出,这是很久很久都没有关注到的事了;
又因是静音做的,眼睛游移开时思绪也散开了,而倒计时的嘀声却不会叨扰,因此有了一个重要的启蒙,或许我该学着在生活里忘掉时间。
