Rideshare is getting really bad. Obviously the investor subsidized costs were going to end. But the quality of service is atrocious.
👎🏿 Pickup time estimates are wildly inaccurate
👎🏿 Drivers canceling after minutes spent waiting
👎🏿 Drivers accept rides and then go off in the wrong direction
I've also experienced a lot of just honest mistakes by drivers, and I can't hate on that too much, but it's frustrating.
Taxis are only the better option some places. Transit is so underinvested that the convenience is often awful.
@acjay I am running into the same issues that made me hate taking cabs. Like a car arriving and then refusing to take me to my destination.
