PSA:
It's backpedaling, not back peddling.
Back peddling has no meaning. One does not peddle forward and then back peddles. It is meaningless.
Now when you are pedaling on a bike you are pedaling forward, and when you want to stop, you backpedal. This *does* make sense.
So remember, it is backpedaling, not back peddling. I'm tired of reading this nonsense.
