@cmconseils That "from" could have a lot of meanings...

"from" as in "currently commonly eaten there", "currently considered native cuisine", "foodstuffs that grow there now", "foodstuffs that originally grew there" (without traders/colonizers bringing them)...

First would be easy, last would require considerable research :-)
