It's ugly because I can never follow a recipe exactly and I didn't put parchment in the bottom of the pan (put parchment in the bottom of the pan, everyone!) so the bottom layer split off and I had to reconstruct it a bit...but hey look, glaze! Now in fridge to cool down at least a little tiny bit before it gets devoured.
