“Moot point” actually has the exact opposite meaning to the way most people use it, and I can’t help but be bothered by this.
But I guess the same was once true of “egregious” and language is weird and fluid.

@XanIndigo I hate that envious and jealous have become synonymous. I mean, what word do we use instead of jealous (in it's original meaning of evilly possessive)
