The second most destructive thing for my sleep cycle (besides apnea) is, unfortunately, evening meetings and classes:
1. Be tired
2. Take a nap and/or drink caffeine to be coherent during the meeting
3. Can't sleep after that
Repeat until retirement, apparently.

@karanslade Same here only I am not allowed to nap while I'm at work. After this last year I have a new found appreciation for those people who spend a full day at their day job then give 2 or 3 hours to the church after they get done.
