Similar language can be found in Article 11 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
The US Constitution is one of the oldest legal documents enshrining freedom of speech, but it is far from the only one.
@antares @InayaShujaat The UN is a noble effort but we are seeing in real time its limits (Russia on the Security Council). This statement is aspirational but not enforceable. A right to "receive and impart information" doesn't put an obligation on any individual or organization to facilitate that right - least of all social media organizations.
